What is an Innovation Career Meet & Greet?
Our Talent Meet & Greets combine the best aspects of virtual career fairs while eliminating their common challenges. Unlike traditional open career fairs where students and recruiters have difficulty making appropriate matches, our approach is designed to give direct access to the most promising employers and those are seeking great positions!
Unlike other career fair type opportunities, our Meet & Greets are limited to 30 students and 20 industry recruiters–all focused on the topic of the event. No waste of time for students and recruiters roaming and attempting to connect.Potential employers are encouraged to join on a first come, first served basis.
What is required to attend? A simple donation of ANY AMOUNT - $1-$500. Register and provide your donation here.
Why a donation? Innovate-A-thon is a nonprofit and all funds directly support student scholarships for our Innovate-A-thon sprints, in which all participating students receive a modest scholarship. Read more about our program here.

Thank you for being a part of our innovation-driven community. We can’t wait to see what we build together next!
