ROI for sponsorship support: While IAT is nonprofit and dependent on philanthropy, sponsorships, and grants, these investments still offer a great ROI! Visit our news feed here.

  • Innovation sprints: Unique and robust, three-week sprints involving students from over 830 U.S. universities in collaboration with members of industry and organizations to solve problems of society, environment, and economy.  Recent sprints include regenerative agriculture (in partnership with Bayer Crop Science), low cost prosthetics in developing regions, advanced recycling, and more. Click here to read about these sprints. Participating students from across the country work in teams of 3-5 on their own innovative solution, and each receive a modest scholarship.

  • Innovation topic nationwide votes: Once per quarter, we conduct nationwide votes to determine topics to be addressed. The final roster of topics is selected, by majority, from a collection of topic nominations. This is an important way to grow the democratization of innovation goals. Cast your vote now.

  • Innovation talent recruitment webinars and career fairs: Bringing together members of industry from large and small businesses to engage with up-and-coming talent in their recruitment and career efforts.  This unique virtual approach embodies the best elements of in person and virtual career fairs, and eliminates the less productive approaches, creating meaningful exploration for students and industry in talent acquisition. Check out our upcoming biomed career fair here.

  • Innovation communities: Development and strengthening of innovation ecosystems focused on broad areas of interest, such as healthcare innovation and sustainability innovation. Chapters intentionally involve industry drivers, small business leaders, nonprofit partners, innovation champions, student innovators, and entrepreneurial support orgs—creating a force multiplier for the efforts of each group to advance conditions of society, environment, and economy. If you would like to join our community, reach out to us here. We welcome all who love innovation and dream for a better world!

  • Online courses: As we move forward with Innovation sprints, we find value in creating short but on point information regarding innovation topics meaningful to all potential innovators. These are open and available to all at no cost! View our short courses here.

  • Podcasts: We bring some of the brightest minds in innovation advancement to talk with us and our audience about critical success and failure factors in advancing an innovation workforce and actual innovations. Access our podcasts here .

  • Webinars: We welcome all who are interested in learning more about our mission and approaches!  We offer no cost monthly webinars, and make those available to anyone after the event.  Visit our webinar schedule here.

In short, we seek to bring together all interested stakeholders to make the world a better place. We encourage philanthropists, industry sponsors, and individual donors to come alongside to advance the meaningful mission. These may be topic-specific support, or educational, experiential, and general innovation advancement support. We advance all these goals!
